Prepare floor and Lay vinyl planks

Looking to replace vinyl in kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Roughly 16m2 in total I believe. I can supply vinyl planks. Just wanting a quote to prepare floor and lay planks. The bathroom floor is bare, new particle board, the toilet and kitchen has old vinyl in it.
