Toilet floor

Lay lino flooring in toilet room, in coordination with plumber and builder. The toilet room is 180cm long x 88cm wide. It is just painted concrete at the moment (see photo). We have consulted with our plumber, who has suggested a building sequence as follows: Day one: 1. First thing in the morning: Remove old toilet and fit pipes for the new one. 2. Then: Lay the new flooring. Day two: 3. Fit the new toilet (conditional on the flooring being ready for that). We had wondered about some kind of underlay as well so the floor is not too hard or cold. We are open minded about it though, so happy to receive recommendations about what would be best. Right now we have provisionally booked in 4 February as the day to start this work.
