Toilet room floor repair

The floor in the toliet room has soft spots. We think the flooring has water dammage and starting to deterioate. We would like the floor repaired/replaced and replace the toliet with new in existing location. We won't know how much of the floor is affected until we remove the floor coverings. We will be wanting the floor check and damage assessed. The floor repaired/replaced where needed and then recovered. We would like a new toilet installed with existing pumping.
