Wooden Floor

I'm needing the rimu floor to be sanded and polyurethane in my living room and a small area in the kitchen as it's open plan. I also need to talk to someone about the floor in the hallway coz that has been done but colour is alot lighter to what I want in the living area and can it be changed?Once we are level 3 can it be done? No one is in the house at moment but once level3 hits I plan to move in but hopefully I can get someone to do the floor before I do. Thank you
