Floor sanding and finishing.

We need our ensuite floor sanded. Not sure yet whether it will be finished with polyurethane or Danish Oil. If you have any advice or experience with Danish oil on floors, this would be preferred. Have added photo with layout & measurements. Hoping to get job done as soon as possible. Job location is WAIUKU.
