Toilet floor replacement

Removal and replacement of --- toilet floor (you have to supply marine ply for floor). The house is on stilts off the ground. Toilet (back to wall) has to be removed and put back after replacement of floor. --- gib behind toilet needs to be replaced at the time of removing the toilet - I will supply gib. No painting of gib is required as I will do this myself. Loose vinyl flooring planks to be put down before toilet goes back in so that toilets sits on top of the floor and no cutting of the planks is required around the base of the toilet to make it look better. I will remove the vinyl flooring beforehand.
