Laying 2 x 2m vinyl in outside laundry

Hey, We're getting washing tub replaced and want to take opportunity to take up existing checkerboard style vinyl tiles and put a one piece vinyl/linoleum down instead. It's a simple rectangle shape about 1.7m x 1.9m (laundry accessible off porch at back door). I can organise the vinyl but would like someone to lay in after plumber lifts the current tub and caps the pipe, so they can put new tub in after the vinyl is down.
