Pine floor maintenance

Our 60 sqm pine floor (which was installed, sanded and varnished in early 2016) has got a lot of small damages and scratches due to heavy usage of the room. Moreover, parts of the surface feel rough and appear not to be appropriately sealed anymore. Hence we are looking for appropriate maintenance (repairs and probably varnishing) to improve the look of the floor and, most importantly, to make sure that it is well protected. (However, we may want to avoid further sanding, since, during the first sanding, the floor turned black in a few places, i.e. too much material was removed, and the builders had to paint those spots afterwards.) Please recommend appropriate measures for repairing and maintaining the floor and let me know how much you would charge for those.
