Bamboo flooring

I want Bamboo flooring laid in the lounge/dining area. It is an L shaped room, there is a drawing in the photos. The hallway is carpet, the kitchen is Pine, these boundaries need to be safe. Eventually, I will also lay Bamboo in the kitchen. I will provide the Bamboo, but am happy for any suggestions. I am in Wellington, the house is unoccupied, my boyfriend is in Dn. The carpet needs to be lifted first. I may use some of this in another room. I am usually happy to pay by the hour, I’m not sure how to set a budget for the job. I’ve done a lot of house renovations working alongside tradespeople.
