Sanding back Rimu flooring

Looking for a flooring expert or handyman to sand back varnished rimu flooring ready for a new stain. Approx 25m2 worth of flooring to sand back. At the moment only looking for sanding but open to filling of holes / bora tracks and also new stain dependant on pricing. So if possible can you please break down the cost between sanding, filling and applying new stain. Looking at having work done any time in the week of the 15th - 19th of November.
