Motel unit kitchen and bathroom flooring
Job description
In a motel unit, we are wanting to move back the carpet line to get rid of some bad stains, cuts and smells plus re-floor the kitchen and bathroom. We are wanting some advice on what type of flooring would work best too (we haven't bought anything yet). The room has just been painted. The 5th photo shows where we would like the carpet to finish and the red circle shows where the stinky smells are.

The tiles are well done and look fantastic! The carpet edge isn't quite as good but we will get a carpet layer to help with that. Communication only relates to English not being the tradie's first language.
