New toilet installed in rental property, and existing vinyl and carpet (what the?) needs to be removed, floor prepped and new vinyl installed and sealed.

Property is a 1990's townhouse and the existing vinyl is well past it (already lifting). Will tidy up the skirting boards once vinyl is down.

Already have the vinyl and have calculated that it should cover area without patching (large remnant from another project).  Rental property located in Hei Hei/Islington.
