Bathroom vinyl flooring

We have an approx. 2x2m guest bathroom that requires vinyl laid. The floor is new and the shower tray has been installed. The toilet & vanity are not installed so fitting is only around the pipework rather than the units. The skirting has been fitted since the photos were taken and painting is starting this weekend. No vinyl has been purchased yet but we can buy if you prefer to fit only. We are looking for someone able to do this small project asap so we can get the project finished.
