Vinyl floor replacement (kitchen)

Vinyl floor to be replaced in kitchen area only. New smooth edge and beading required for carpet - see indicative red line on photo. Carpet may need re-stretching too, as new kitchen end currently sitting on carpet. Vinyl to continue under built in pantry, oven and fridge. Vinyl already measured up and purchased - installation only.
