Borer found in floorboards-further investigation needed

Unfortunately, we have found borer in our floorboards and need an investigation as to how widespread it is and what the cost would be to fix it. We have attached a photo of what we found under the house when our foot started sinking into the carpet recently. Approximate measurements are 10m x 4.6m which includes the lounge and half of the kitchen. It may be further widespread than this so we would be grateful for a free measure and quote in the first instance if possible. Please advise when replying to the advert. Thank you.
