We bought a house last September and recently the vinyl on the bathroom has begun bubbling up in a few areas, mostly by the shower. There hasn't been a flood since we have lived here but the edges of the vinyl do not look sealed properly in some places. We have a baby and a preschooler so are reluctant to pull it all up until we know someone can fix or replace the floor quickly. We would like to know if the same lino can be re-glued if it has simply not been done properly in the first place or whether we will need new lino.
