Sand and seal wooden floor boards on a 1950's house - remove and dump vinyl in kitchen and bathroom then sand and seal floorboards area 14m2 (blue area on sketch) - sand and seal floor boards in living room, sunroom and hallway (we will remove carpet) 40m2 (yellow area on sketch) Not too fussed about the sealer/varnish used, key for us is to get back in our house as quickly as possible and for the sealer to be hard wearing I.e. long lifespan before recoating is required Please break the quote into the two categories noted above
