Sand and varnish wooden floors

A tenant has been dragging a weights set up around the room and dropping weights on the wooden floor. As a result there are scratches and patches of big divots in the floor. We would like to sand and revarnish the floors. Two square rooms, total area 9m x 4m. Tenant is moving out Feb 1st so job to be done sometime around then.
