Small Hardwood Floor extension

I have 2 areas where fireplaces have been removed. The plan is to match these area with the existing wooden floors. The first area is 1800 x 1200, but there is an area in the middle that will be tiled to create a hearth for a logburner. The concrete pad may need to be ground down a little to allow for the floorboards. The second area is 2400 x 1050 with nothing special planned. The existing floorboards are presumably rimu. Ideally this job would be done in the next 2 weeks - month.
