Hi there, we would like our rimu floor sanded in the bathroom (6sqm) and hallway (10sqm). Currently there is lino over the bathroom floor and carpet over the hallway floor - we will pull these coverings up and will only require the floors to be sanded, ready for polyurethane. We will polyurethane them ourselves. We will require this job to be done around the end of May. Thanks, Laura
