I have a rental property which has laminate flooring on a concrete pad foundation.
The laminate lifts in winter, not sure if it's due to damp or cold.
It forms a large hump. There are some gouge marks in the laminate where an attempt was made to release air (it didn't work)
Looking for repair, not replacement.
I don't have photos to hand, but can get some during next inspection prior to new tenant moving in.
