Hardwood floor repair and refinish

One large rectangular room (aprox 8 metres by 2.75) with --- s wood floors. Looking for repairs and refinish. The room has clearly had floor boards in various areas replaced at various times so not looking for a full restoration but rather just having them referbed a bit and a nice protective finish.
