Concrete Floor Grind, Seal and Polish

We are building a new home in Diamond Harbour Christchurch next year roughly between February and March and looking to grind and the concrete foundation slab The areas we are looking at include:: Living, kitchen, study, dining area = 45.88sqm (measures to outside frames including internal walls in the main living space) Hallway, cupboards, toilet and bathroom = 18.82sqm Ensuite = 3.92sqm Total Area = 68.62sqm These areas have been measured off the cad plans This would likely need to be done in 1-3 visits as required at different stages and must fit in with a spec build project timetable and stick to the allocated time slot to avoid holding up any other subbies. I.e. Possibly pre-framing or while the external framing was up so it can be gib lined afterwards etc and possibly another visit following the bulk of the build to apply the final sealing coats to finish off We are planning to have a fully exposed aggregate look with a satin finish and would like to get quotes for this work with GST, generator hire and travel costs all included
