Vinyl for bathroom

Hi there, we ate needing to have the Vinyl we've bought layed in our 2300 x 2500 (minus the size of the bath tub and shelves) bathroom. Original vinyl will be removed for you. There's old hardboard under it which I assume needs to be ripped up also. Under where vanity was, floor has been repaired, so vinyl and hardboard already removed from that part... Third pic coming of around toilet. Do we need to skreet? Can meet on Monday 18th for site visits.
