I have approx. 40sqm of laminate flooring to be installed. Some of the existing flooring needs to be uplifted and skirting boards removed in preparation. Please sqm rate for installation only and sqm rate for installation + prep work. You will need to come onsite to do a final quote and discuss job in more detail.
