Repair, sand & varnish kitchen floorboards

Repair/fill gaps on a couple of kitchen floorboards and where old built-in pantry was removed. Sand and varnish those areas. Photos of these areas uploaded. Please also quote separately to sand/varnish the entire kitchen area (approximately 12m2) - looking to get an idea what this would cost and may do that if it makes sense. Time frame - ideally this week as remaining kitchen install items likely to be completed on 13 June. If no availability will have to follow that. Thanks
