Rip up carpet, lay lino in bathroom

we have mouldy carpet in bathroom due to a leak. the carpet needs to be ripped up, possibly let dry for a while, and lino sourced and laid. Area is small, approx 4-6 m2. Will have to lay around toilet, but otherwise pretty much a square room. Second job if able to remove and reapply silicon in one corner of shower in other bathroom, and v small plaster patch. Pref able to quote for landlord before commencing.
