Vinyl flooring- Laundry and Bathroom

We need new vinyl laid in our laundry/toilet (4.2 m2). There is currently lino on top of MDF. However, it is possible the MDF may have some water damage and may require replacing. If budget allows we will also get new vinyl laid in the bathroom (also 4.2 m2). However, this is not essential and may be too big a job (due to the bath and vanity etc). Our budget is tight so please only make contact if you anticipate you can do this job/jobs for less than $1000 (all inclusive). Thanks
