We have a 1960s state house with rimu floors. We would like to have our hallway, entrance and lounge sanded and polished (total floor area= 33m2). Our lounge is 19m2 and is a simple rectangle shape with no cupboards. It has previously been carpeted so is in good, clean condition. Our 14m2 entrance/hallway has had cork tiles removed (there is some glue and cork residue remaining). It has two cupboards that would also require sanding inside. Nail holes throughout will need to be filled.
