easy vinyl flooring for a sleepout in Onehunga.

We have a 25m2 sleepout. 5m wide by 5m long with a 2x2m bathroom in one corner. we just need someone to lay the vinyl as we will purchase the flooring ourselves. we are located in onehunga. there will be nothing in the sleepout to obstruct the floor laying apart from the shower base in one corner, its just a square with nothing in it. the photo that I have uploaded is a small panorama so its a bit distorted. I can send more photos if needed although its a very basic layout
