Floor sanding and polishing

Kitchen, dinning room, entry and toilet floor. Sand and polish these areas. Approximate areas Toilet - 1.5m2 Dinning room - 8m2 Kitchen - 5.3m2 Entry - 2m2 We will remove the existing carpet in the dining room and the vinyl squares in the entry. glue residue from the tiles in the toilet and entry will still be there tho. The flooring is either Rimu or Matae, not sure which. The rest of the floor is already polished and i believe they used polyurethane? ideally we would like this carried out sometime between the 6th July and 16th July.
