Remove carpet, sand and polish floor boards

Hi, We are looking for quotes from experienced tradesmen to sand and polish floorboards in a small 3 bdrm house. There is asthma and eczema problems and we would like to use the least toxic method to sand and polish. I think it is the water based polyurethane polish. If quote is ok, we would like to have the job done soon in the next few weeks if possible. House is currently fully furnished with carpet in bedrooms and lounge. Thanks.
