Remove rotten section of flooring from laundry & part of kitchen and replace with H3.2 plyfloor. Includes uplifting old tiles from laundry & re-laying in kitchen fridge area then lay new tiles in laundry.

Sammy did an amazing job. The job ended up being a lot bigger than expected. Sammy came up with a solution and executed it to the highest quality while trying to maintain the cost as reasonable as possible.
