I'm looking to renovate my apartment and I am interested in changing my flooring. The apartment is 49 square metres and I have picked out a laminate product and underlay that has been approved by my body corporate. I would like to have this installed in all areas apart from the bathroom (which I want retiled - now or later depending on what is more cost efficient). In order to complete this job, the following needs to happen: - Carpet needs to be pulled out and disposed of. - The tiles in the kitchen need to be removed (~3-4 square metres) including under the dishwasher which looks like it's bolted down by a couple screws. - Laminate flooring with underlay (which I will supply the material for) needs to be installed. - (Optional) tiles to be replaced in the bathroom which is ~3-4 square metres. I also have furniture throughout my apartment so I'm unsure how to juggle this while installing the floors. However, I can be home during installation to take care of it as required.

Thanks Falessi, Issues with schedule: some unforeseeable due to injury, others due to going on holiday on the day work was promised to recommence. The cost was very affordable with a few extra expenses that were charged at the end. The workmanship exceeded expectations in some areas and were below our satisfaction in others (e.g. not fitted properly around a corner and floor boards not pushed together correctly). Overall, affordable job but (I'm very sorry) certainly not the best finish.
