Need laminate flooring done of the basement area consisting of a laundry and garage. All items will be removed out of there by me. There may be some uneven surfaces requiring evening, and then a waterproof membrane, and then the flooring done on top. To be used as a rumpus room once complete. Open to ideas too. Approx dimensions: - Laundry: 4.0 x 4.6m - Garage: 5.8 x 3.6m
