Tile Deck Floor sealing - outdoor deck

We have an outdoor deck on 1st level of our house, which is covered with butenyl rubber and covered with tiles. This is roughly about 60 sqm. There is living space underneath. There has been some minor leakage in the past and we are looking at options short term (5-10 years), and long term. For the short term solution, is there a way to seal the tiles with a clear coat so that any leaks can be prevented going down into the living space downstairs?
