Kitchen Floor

We have had a kitchen renovation and need to complete the floor. The job would be to keep the existing floor tiles (green) and cover with Vinyl, fill in the holes/ gaps and also to build up the edge to have a flat straight edge to go upto the now position of the kitchen cupboard (should make sense from pics). And then to lay laminate floor over top (we have found suitable one from Mitre 10- see pic). Could you advise on 1. Quote 2. Your availability (the sooner the better). We are based at 23 Emily Place. I can arrange for trade parking inside the front gate to the building. I look forward to hearing from you.
