Entry and scullery concrete seal

We're doing some renovations in Meadowbank and would like to sand and seal our entry and scullery. It is a 1970's house and it would be polishing the slab foundation. The total size is approx 5.9m2 (entrance is 3.8 and scullery about 2.1). Ideally we would get it done before the kitchen goes in in the first week of October, but could do any time after that.
