We are renovating our bathroom/toilet, laundry and hallway and would like our rimu flooring to be sanded down and clear coated or possibly blonding if it will come out ok (I've heard rimu doesn't blond very well) originally we wanted to go for a light finish. We are ready for this work to be done as soon as possible
