Bob did a great job on putting new wooden floors in my whole apartment . From the 1st contact, he kept clear communication and provided sound advice and options. Might I add that I am based in Europe at the moment and never once I felt not in touch with what was going on with the flooring job, from purchase of all material and the installation, There were very minor fixes that Bob rectified as soon as feedback was given. Overall I’m a happy customer and would recommend Bob for such work.
