Job description
Sand and finish a Matai wood floor extension as part of a renovation. Approx size if the area to be sanded and finished is approx 4 X2M, including two steps. Potential for the job to also include hallway of approx 9 X 2M and or remainder the house depending on price. The final area is the lounge of approx 8 X 7M.
