Prepare floor area and install laminate flooring
Job description
Installation of underlay and laminate flooring. Floor area is a single continuous area of kitchen, dining and corridor. Total area is aprrox 50m2. This job includes removal of about 10-12m2 of terracotta tiles first in preparation for flooring to go over concrete sub-floor. Some details: - Approx 50m2 (will require tradie to provide measure) - see pic - I will provide laminate underlay and capping. - Need 10 -12 m2 terracotta tiles removed. (see pic) - This is part of a larger renovation. - Timeframe for tile removal any time from now. - Timeframe for flooring installation. Est. 1st week November

Carlo worked very efficiently and was flexible to adjust timing into other works happening at the same time. He worked quickly and took care to prepare the surface properly before laying flooring.
