Sorry, I don't know if this is laminate or vinyl. I've added a picture. I'm selling this little townhouse during September, so I need everything looking good. A floor block between the kitchen area and the lounge area is showing some wear and tear, as you see in the picture. I don't know what kind of attention is needed: just a bit repaired or the whole kitchen area floor replaced. I only want to spend enough to make it look really good. Could you go and take a look in the house, and get back to me with advice on what to do, and a quotation for what it will cost?
