Vinyl floor clean and seal

We have just moved into premises and need the vinyl floor in our kitchen and bathrooms commercially cleaned and sealed. The vinyl is apparently 3 years old. We have washed it however, it needs a heavy duty clean and seal as the previous tenants haven' t kept it clean. The floor area is around 24 sq metres. I have attached an image however, it is hard to see what it is really like. It would have to be done during office hours and we are keen to have it cleaned and sealed within the next week or 2 if possible.
