Timber to tile fitting

We need someone to make and install a finished piece of timber that slopes between tiles in the kitchen and the timber floorboards of the living area. And another between the bathroom and the living area. We have had tiles recently installed and the old slope between the old tiles and timber was removed and it now has a small step up to the kitchen. I will post photos of the new tiles (dark grey) where it meets the floor as well as our old tiles which had a sloped of wood. We essentially just want a similar sloped bit of timber made and fitted again. We need this job done ASAP. Thanks
