Floor sanding (pine)

I'm buying a place that has got carpet with pine floor underneath. I will remove all the carpet, and get the floor sanded. The total area is about 76m2. I will prepare the floor myself, i.e. removing carpet, and stables. There are 5 rooms in total, with 1 living and 4 bed rooms (all upstairs). The stairs need to be sanded too (less than 20 of them). I'd like the job to be started on 28-Jan-19, and done by the end of 29-Jan-19 (so 2 days in total). Please provide quote for sanding the floor. Cheers
