Replace rotten timber flooring to entrance of house

Hi there, Need someone to replace the rotten timber flooring at the front of our house. The size of the area is 1.2 x 1.7 or so. See photo attached. I think the old flooring used to be Kauri, as the house was generally made with these materials. We'd like hardwood ideally to last for a while. The joints are tongue and groove. I'd appreciate getting a rough cost for these works prior to coming to see our place. Not interested in a super expensive job or paying huge overheads for bigger companies. Just want a simple job, done well. Thanks
