Vinyl plank flooring prep and install

I am wanting to line up a flooring installer to lay down the vinyl plank flooring as soon as possible for my tiny apartment in preparation for sale.

Details are below:

1 apartment.
Flooring to be laid: Armstrong Century Oak --- - this will be supplied.
Area: Living room, bedroom and hallway. Approx 35 m sq.
Job requirements: Remove + dispose of old carpets + smooth edge. Prep concrete subfloor - other apartments in the building have done similar flooring and all said it was <1/2 day prep.
Will need to supply or advise on glue.
