Replace tiles with timber flooring

I want to replace the tiles, close the water outlet and have timber laminate done in this area to match the rest of the floor. The tiles on the sides can stay. I will provide the timber. This is an IP, I am expecting this work to be done within $150. Only show interest if you can do the job within this price.
