Repair delaminated cork flooring

65cm x 60cm patch in bedroom 20cm x 80cm patch living room Original polyurethane has peeled off after approx 3 years of wear & tear from repeated use of office chairs. House built in 1960’s with original polyurethane. We covered bedroom patch with three coats of polyurethane but landlord wasn’t happy with it.
